Gaffey Hospice Foundation

The Gaffey Hospice Foundation was founded in 2012 as a way to help patients and their families navigate through the hospice journey. Our not-for-profit foundation has been built through donations of previous families who have "paid it forward" by donating to help future families care for loved ones in the comfort of their own home. Donations help pay for medical equipment, medication, emotional and professional support, as well as additional care not covered by Medicare, Insurance, or Medicaid.  The Gaffey Hospice Foundation is supported through volunteers to ensure that 100% of each dollar donated is directed back to hospice patients and their families in the Sauk Valley area. Donations may be tax deductible and all who give will receive a confirmation letter of your donation.  Donations may be delivered or mailed to:
